Default finding Peak purity in Chromatography

I have a gaussian bell shaped chromatographic peak in which my 3 closely related impurities are getting separated (In the same peak). There is a slight merging of those impurities in between them.I have a data of 10 batches for
1.load purity
2.RT of each impurity getting seperated
3.Process chromatogram
I want to make a model which could predict the elution time of each impurity so that i could separate them on a real time basis

Any Suggestions Would be highly appreciated

Thanks
