Default Eulerian Cradle 4 circle XRD need advice

I am working with an Eulerian cradle 4 circle single crystal xrd (seifert). Instrument purchased second hand and manual is missing. I am a new bee and I have some problems with getting integer HKLs so far. I am using well centered and good quality single crystall samples about 300 micron but still HKLs are integer. Anyone has experience in this regard please email me. Please welcom any one with any level of experience to email and post comments.
