Default Need Help - losing resolution



Problem: losing resolution in sample containing DPH and patent blue dye (liquigel contains form of bone & hide gelatin)
Conditions: Luna 2 C18, 4.6 x 150mm, mobile phase contains 65 water + .5mls triethylamine(TEA) pH to 6.2 w/ phosphoric acid:35 acetonitrile
at 220nm
