HPLC to Fast LC methods
 

Hi. I'm working on the transfer of methods from HPLC to a new RRLC and I want to keep the level of revalidation required to the minimum. Has anyone seen any guidelines on the acceptable changes to the original method? Like the allowable reduction in column length before re-validation is needed. Iv searched the net for hours and no joy! Please Help!
