| Hello, I'm dealing with protein analysis using size exclusion and would help in finding suitable column with narrow separation ranges that could allow separation of 35, 30, 19, 15 KD protein mixtures with acceptable resolution, anyone have a good suggestion or recommendation of websites to search in? |

| Hello, Thanks for the reply, but I think my question was misunderstood, I'm searching for "analytical" size exclusion columns for analysis of these mixtures against reference standards, and not for purification/polishing of these protein mixtures using filters as you recommended.. do you know where I can find suggestions or where else should I post my questions? |
