 HPLC Column for Alkaloids Hello I am from India. I have hydroxylapatite columns for plant separations of alkaloids. The problem is very little eluate less than 1ng came out! I ran samples for 1 hour, coloumn length was standard. Ethanol 95% was used as solvent. Are there other coloumns that I will get a greater yield for plant alkaloids?  |
