GC/MS analysis for deoxyribose

Hi, Everyone,

I want to analyze the enrichment of deoxyribose from DNA via GC/MS. I wonder if someonehave done this experiment.
I appreciateyou if you can give me a piece of advice about its DNA degrasion and deoxyribose preparation for GC/MS.
Right now, I mostly follow the protocols over here.
