Smile False positive !!

hey guys Im also working in LAMP , Im having a lot of problems with false positive. I got the multiple pattern in my agarose gel for my target DNA but when I try to see under UV light all my tubes present weak fluorescent. Im using calcein at 50 ÁM concentration and 1 mM for MnCl2.First I diluted calcein in 0.5 ml DMSO 100% and then i added distilled water 9.5 ml. I still having problems with my fluorescence. What can you suggest? Also I never saw the white precipitates in my tubes.

Thanks,
MARIA
