| Hi all, we performed RNAseq in a SNP discovery project. Now we have a bunch of SNPs in coding regions and plan to genotype them usig gDNA. Unfortunately we dont have the noncoding regions sequenced...therefore our primers may be far far away from our beloved SNPs!!! DOES ANYBODY KNOW A GENOTYPING PLATFORM REQUIRING LITTLE "flanking" DNA TO CONDUCT AN EFFICIENT GENOTYPING? |
