Well swimming is the dominant exercise, among all the cardio exercise because of the point that it
has been more useful for body and health, as well. For instance it may reduces fats, from body
rapidly. Moreover it also gives the strength, to the parts of body such as arms legs and others.It
also boosts up energy level.

Yeah of course, swimming is good workout for the fitness purposes.
It burns the fat in all parts of the body and lose unnecessary body weight to keep us fit and active. The people who want to lose their weight, the swimming is an ideal workout for them.
