 microarray data - Converting .cell data to chp files - GTYPE? Hi I’m new in analyzing microarray data. Here’s my problem: I found out that I can use GTYPE for converting .cell files to chp files. but this software is not available at affymetrix website… website. when you click to download GTYPE you found the webpage does not exist. <I can't post urls here because I'm new. but you can search GTYPE in google and open a link from affymetrix website which is in the first 7 links ... then in that page click on gtype download and you can see the download link is not working > Can anyone please help me in this problem? Is there another way to do this task? Or is there anywhere else providing GTYPE software? Thanks in advance, Zahra  |
