| I have heard that any vegetable which has detoxifying effect on your body will surely burn some fat in your body. Especially vegetables which are taken in raw state are good for fat burning as they make your appetite vanish but digest quickly to make room for the fats to burn to fulfill calorie needs for your body. |

| Yes, the greener the better. But i heard that much better if vegetables must be juiced in order to gain all the healthy nutrients. Anyone heard about this? |
