Green veg food
 
I have heard that any vegetable which has detoxifying effect on your body will surely burn some fat in your body. Especially vegetables which are taken in raw state are good for fat burning as they make your appetite vanish but digest quickly to make room for the fats to burn to fulfill calorie needs for your body.

Green vegetables are very important for our health.
We could use green leaf veges for weight loss & weight gain.

Yes, it's quite well-known. A man should have at least 1 fruit a day to say nothing of vegetables. Nuts are also very good.

Yes, the greener the better. But i heard that much better if vegetables must be juiced in order to gain all the healthy nutrients. Anyone heard about this?
