There are millions of people around the world who think that body detoxification diets and plans are needed in order to have a healthy body and lifestyle. The truth is - they are 100 % right about that! There are probably millions upon millions of tiny molecules of toxins and bacteria that infiltrate our body everyday. That is why we need to detox yourselves from time to time.

Yes of course vegetables are very effective to burn the fat and lose the excess body weight.
Green vegetables are mostly recommended to lose the weight and improve the fitness level.
The more beneficial vegetables for the weight loss are broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, spinach, green beans, and radish.
