Default How to control the dieting habits

According to my experience there are only two things to bear in mind to control your weight and check the deposition fat in your body.Firstly, you should give up eating when there is little appetite left while taking any meal. in other words you should eat up to 80% and there should be 20% appetite left. Secondly, you should drink water well before meal about half an hour is good. Then you should drink lots of water during day. Water regulates all the crucial fluids in our body and maintains the normal ratio.
