There are many reason s to gain the weight. You can gain the weight because of lack of sleep, stress, medical condition, Menopause etc. It also caused by health conditions such as hypothyroidism, food sensitivity, Cushing's syndrome, organ disease, prescription drug use, anxiety, blood sugar imbalance, and essential fatty acid deficiency.

Some basic reasons of the weight gain are eating more fast foods, junk foods or take more fats in your diet, and don't go for exercise regularly.
Taking more alcohol or soda drinks can also cause the weight gain.

Most of the people have to work for 8-9 hrs by sitting in front of PC, this is the main reason for weight gain and other reasons include stress, lack of sleep, eating junk food etc.

Different people use the different method and diets for the gain
the weight but HCG diet so good and effective diet for gain the
mass and body muscles.But some exercise are so good for build
the muscle and fitness.

Well!!We should be keep maintain of the body weight.Some people do want to
be gain weight and some people do want to be lose weight.According to me
that these tips are so good for keep maintain of the body weight...
1 Exercise work
2 Vegetarian foods
3 Yogurt and milk
4 Dairy foods...

If course, its more important to try to maintain your weight at a certain level, rather than focusing on just losing or gaining weight. And eating fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, milk and other healthy food in your diet, along with some regular walk and exercise could always helping in maintaining your health and weight.

Well,I know that some people worried about their extra body weight and some people
worried about their lose weight.According to me that exercise work so good for both
of the people who worried about their body weight issues....
