| There are many reason s to gain the weight. You can gain the weight because of lack of sleep, stress, medical condition, Menopause etc. It also caused by health conditions such as hypothyroidism, food sensitivity, Cushing's syndrome, organ disease, prescription drug use, anxiety, blood sugar imbalance, and essential fatty acid deficiency. |

| If course, its more important to try to maintain your weight at a certain level, rather than focusing on just losing or gaining weight. And eating fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, milk and other healthy food in your diet, along with some regular walk and exercise could always helping in maintaining your health and weight. |
