Hi all,

I've been entering neurophysiology lab on my campus, but I don't know what exactly work could I do. I was suggested to look the effect of multitasking activities on the hippocampal neurotransmitter, but I wish I could do the nerve regeneration or protein effect on the neuronal culture, like regeneration protein or protein or other substrates therapy. It's just the matter of methods and solutions. Our lab are quite new on the neuronal culture, so the solutions are still so expensive.

Is there anyone of you know the cheaper solutions and methods to the neuronal culture?
I wish for some articles or journals about that, so I can do neuronal culture better.
If yes, I hope you don't mind to send your words to my molecularstation account..

Thanks...

Hi all,
I'm trying to develop a nanoparticle vaccine to bovine respiratory syncytial virus. I would also like to study the cytokine profile of ex vivo dendritic cells using rtPCR and hope to be using Westerns to show that the encapsulation process does not damage the immunogenicity of the synthetic peptides. This forum has helped already but any further advice is always welcome,
The Alzer.
