| Hi I am attempting to purifiy a his tagged protein...I would like to know whether i should use sodium phosphate monobasic or dibasic in my my buffers.The recipie just says sodium phosphate? is there a difference between the two when using them in my binding and elution buffers..thanks.. |

Hi! I work with recombinant proteins too. The only one difference between the two is the pH that you'll have to adjust. Just it! I already used the both and I saw no difference or any trouble in my experiments and results. Good luck! |
