could anyone help me to find out the procedure to clone human growth hormones online? i wish to know the actual procedure.

Hmm that is a tough procedure....

I would start in obtaining the sequences (DNA) from a database such as PubMed nucleotide search for Human Growth hormones.

Then I would set out getting primers or probes for these sequences.

You could easily PCR parts of these although it is best to have either cDNA libraries available or have online libraries that you can contact. You will first need to know which clones have the sequence you are interested in. Only then can you order the bacteria / plasmids containing the DNA you need.
