Default ss DNA identification by SiNW FET

Hi,
I am working as a PhD student in Holland in the area of Lab on a Chip sensing of proteins and DNAs with the help of silicon nano wire field effect transistors (SiNWs FET) . If some body want to share ideas regarding this he/she is most welcome.
