Q: what color/texture is glycogen?

I have a simple question re color/texture of glycogen. There is tons of info about glycogen on the net, but none answers my simple question:

Suppose one collected some glycogen in a vial, what color and texture would it be at room temp?

Liquid or solid ?

Transparent or opaque?

What color is it?

hmm... thats interesting. I think it also depends on the quality of the glycogen !

100% pure? maybe thats mostly transparent. I don't think its a color maybe

because it is clear!
