Hi Folks,

Dr Rico here from Miami Beach, FL, USA. I am on the faculty in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where I am PI of a small research lab (we study homologous genetic recombination and related subjects) and teach graduate students at the med school and undergrads on the main campus in Coral Gables, FL. I co-direct our undergraduate program and direct the undergrad research program here. I am currently writing two books, a molecular biology textbook that draws heavily on primary literature and aims to meet the goals of the BIO2010 initiative and a book that teaches metabolism and genetics from the perspective of brewing.

Ok, hafta run back to the writing. Thanks for the hang!

Hasta --> Rico
