 How to make my own lysis buffer for Millipore Kit? I am using cell lysis buffer and nuclear lysis buffer. The millipore kit says it's for 22 assays. I think it's just for one sample with small amount. I found there are many different cell lysis buffer and nuclear lysis buffer in web. But I do not know which one can work with Millipore Kit. I really appreciate if you can give me suggestion about making my own cell/nuclear lysis buffer. Thank you in advance!  |
