Chip-Chip problems with analysis
Hi everyone i have some problems with analysis of Chip-on-Chip. Why some of my sonds dont have Entrez ID? i mean i get only signals without Access Num or Entrez.. I dont know which signal representive which gen. i Only know that my genom is version 19? That`s is a answer but dont know why. Sorry for my english.
Re: Chip-Chip problems with analysis
It would help if you mentioned the type of chip you ran and perhaps the other annotation fields in your data.
Then, and example of probe or probe set identifier that you're having problems with would help.
