 Sonication + enzyme digestion Hello everyone, I need to add to my sonication step, an enzymatic digestion. My question is: should I use DNASE I (like in footprint) or Micrococcal nuclease (the most publicated enzyme on ChIP)? What is the reason for use of Micrococcal Nuclease on ChiP and not DNASE I? Thanks  |
