Mold Silicone Rubber
Features of silicone rubber:
Silicone rubber products provide unique characteristics not available in other elastomers. These unique properties include excellent thermal stability, consistent electrical properties, resistance to compression set, chemical inertness, release ability, flame retardant and long service life. Silicone rubber products are thermally stable and are not adversely affected by prolonged exposure to high and low temperatures. Silicone has good chemical and fluid resistance. Silicone rubber is odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It contains no acid producing chemicals and is non-corrosive and non-staining. Silicone rubber has excellent weatherability because it is unaffected by sunlight, ozone and moist or dry conditions. Fillers are added to certain formulas to improve flame resistance or to make them thermally and electrically conductive.

Manual Mold Silicone Rubber
How to use:
Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicon rubber, add 2-3% solid curing agent, and mix evenly and they are ready for use. One pair of mold can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours.
