Another thing to look for is whether your measuring instrument is itself accurate .It should be devoid of DNase, RNase, Human DNA, Pyrogen & PCR inhibitor.It should be compatible and adaptable even for the most sensitive PCR work and is that it must be free of any types of lubricants and heavy metals.Your pipet must be resistant to any factors that can influence your chemical measurement.
