Default flammability limit...

Do Oxygen & Carbon dioxide have lower flammability limits? literature
most of times cites those of hydrocarbons.

am trying to find lower flammability limit of 21% oxygen & 79%
carbondioxide with a limiting flame temp of 1600K & initial temp of 20
deg celsius.

Is Le Chatelier's law the correct one to answer this?

thanks
