Default Help! Chemistry A level equations?



so i would be really grateful if you could show how to work this out as i have a whole sheet full to do?

moles in a solution

What mass of each of the following is dissolved in 250cm^3 of a solution of concentration 0.100 moldm^3.

1. Hydrochloric acid HCL
2. Sodium hydroxide NaOH
