Molarity of solutions and dilutions?

how would you prepare 500.0ml of a 0.750M solution with Sodium Carbonate (MM=106.4g/mole) from 100% pure solid?

A solution of ethanol (C2H5OH) in water is prepared by dissolving 10.0ml of ethanol (density:0.7g/ml) in enough water to make 250.0ml solution.
a. what is the molarity of the ethanol in this solution?
b. 25.0mLs of the above ethanol is solution is diluted to a final volume of 500.0mL. what is the dilution factor associtated with this solution?
c. what is the new molarity of this solution?
