Default experiment to determine strength of hydrogen bond ...

)

An experiment in mixing ethanol and cyclohexane to determine the
strength of hydrogen bond

in a experiment of mixing 10cc ethanol and 10cc cyclohexane , it was
found that the temperature drop by 2.5 degree celcius. why is there
such a temperature drop in forming the hydrogen bond??

Beisdes, i want to know which solution is in excess ? ethanol or
cyclohexane?? any explanation ??

2)

An experiment in mixing ethanoate and trichloromethane to determine
the strength of hydrogen bond

10 cc of one liquid and 20cc of the other is mixed to find the
strength of hydrogen bond. Why it does not matter which liquid is 10cc
and which is 20 cc???

thx!!

Just out of curiosity -- what do you think the terms "hydrogen bond" means?

Your proposal does not make any sense. Maybe you can elaborate more.

The strength of normal/common weak hydrogen bond (as compared to
unusual H bonds, like low barrier hydrogen bond and very strong
hydrogen bond of F-H-F) is very well documented.
