Default Glycerine? Advice please

I was hoping someone might be able to give me some chemistry advice.
It's regarding glycerine. I have heard of a range of chemicals called
"acrylic thickeners". I was wondering if there is a particularly
suitable "acrylic thickener" that can be used to turn glycerine into a
very very thick, viscous gel. As thick in viscosity as toothpaste.
Some things to keep in mind though -

- Relatively non-toxic (no more toxic that glycerine, at worst)
- Cheap
- The glycerine-gel would need to be totally clear and colourless, as
well as very very viscous.

Any advice here?

Have you tried supersaturated sugar water with guar gum?

Or was he really more interested in that viscous nitrated derivative of

Yo, Colthechemist, search:
Google : Glycerine thickener......about 733 hits. If nothing there, then
Google : Glyercine producers.....about 3390 hits, then
email a few of these producers with your request and you'll get
first hand information directly from the horse's mouth... and ask
for free samples.
Good luck.

Fred Kasner, don't be so paranoid. The world at large is more interested
in ****ing then killing. Therefore, there is a greater chance that Col
wants to go into competition with KY-jelly..........a much more enjoyable
endeavor then making implements to do others in. Shame on you, Fred.

Sheeesh, Fred, I always enjoyed the humor in your posts, but now you
must be getting old. Look, Fred there have always been and there will
always be misanthropic dumb**** maniacs who feel destined and driven
to murder and genocide for some higher principle or for god.
Yesterday they donned red shirts, then brown ones, then even green shirts
and now they run around in bedsheets with turbans, fighting equally stupid
shits who fly a flag that looks like barbed wire. Don't let it get to you, or
neither KY Jelly nor thickened glycerine will help you to enjoy your life
and a splendid, vigorous ****.
L' Chaim, Fred,
hanson

PS: Did I miss something in this thread that you brought up the
"nitrated" thing? There is an Australian in this thread and the rest
are Gringos. Why do you bring in the turbanos?

Perhaps it is the fault of my son-in-law, a son of a Palestinian and

to be paranoid. And no, this is not some joke.
