Well in the US, Chem Service of West Chester PA is good for small quantities at
reasonable prices. Get their catalog. I don't think they are on the Web.
Last time I checked they had a pageful of UV stabilizers and oxidation
inhibitors for polymers. Don't know about sensitizers.
Also, Aldrich, Sigma, TCI, Lancaster, Alfa have huge catalogs and often sell
small quantities (1-10g) at a decent price.
If you find a company that makes and sells the chemicals, you might sweet-talk
your way into some free samples.
