Default unbelievable Capsaicin question

This is seriously scaring me. How potent a mixture of capsaicin are we
talking about here
where permanent damage will be done?

I wouldn't get too worked up. I've had my hands seriously on fire
from roasting and peeling jalapenos. I've had synthetic capsaicin
residues around my eyes, which was ...interesting. There is commonly
some loss of sensation after the initial burning, but in my experience
this disappears in a day or two.

If you're really, really worried it can't hurt to check with your
physician. Unless he's very young I guarantee it won't be the
strangest thing he's ever heard.

Thanks,,,my physician looked at me like I was crazy. I have either had loss
of sensation for months--or I am dreaming it. The mind does play tricks.

EXAMPLE 2

A further topical composition was prepared from an extract of ten whole
fresh
extra hot chilli peppers in 100 cc virgin olive oil.

The resulting product was applied on the penis of a 83 year old diabetic,
who had not had an erection for many years. Within 120 seconds after
application
he was able to obtain a 60-70% erection as the product also has a sexually
stimulating effect on men. No adverse effects were reported.
