[Q] diffusion constant of TAE buffer
 

Hello,

I have been looking for the approximate diffusion constant of one DNA
buffer (TAE= tris-Acetate-EDTA, [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) which
is commonly used for DNA electrophoresis. I found some reference book such
as Tyrrell's Diffusion in Liquids in the library. However, I can't find the
TAE diffusion constant. Can you give me some suggestion? Thank you!
