Default Cesium Chloride

How can I coat a thin layer of Cesium on steel or aluminum electrode?
I need some powerfull secondary electron emitter on electrode.

Is the Cesium Chloride salt secondary electron emitter itself or just Cesium
or Cesium oxide?

What else can I use what is not a complicated process?

Dear Attila,

Cesium is very unstable as element and forms oxide, hydroxide,
virtually everything. The only solution to get cesium would be using
electrolysis of cesium hydroxide melt (not solution). Dangerous and
expensive method, also complicated.
Even if you managed to produce cesium layer, it would not las long.
