DRG extraction from adult mice
 

Hello,

I am looking for a video or detailed protocol (preferably video) for DRG (Dorsal Root Ganglia) extraction from adult mice, to culture dissociated DRG neurons. I found videos on Jove.com but unfortunately they are under neuroscience category to which my university doesn't have access. I am in desperate need for any help, and I would really appreciate it.
