from 1:5 to 1:10 and 1:8
 

I have a simple calculation problem...
I’m new in cell culture
And my question is
How do i prepare a subculture from ona plate of 1:5 to 2 plates of 1:10 and 1:8
I need to know how i get the 1:8 from the 1:10... Volume of media and cell suspension?
