RWPE-1 cells are dying
 

I am having a hard time culturing the prostate cell line, RWPE-1. I have followed the directions per ATCC's recommendations. I grow them in Keratinocyte Serum Free Media (Gibco, 17005-042) with the recommended growth factors: EGF (concentration 5ng/ml) and BPE (concentration 0.05 mg/ml). They are kept in a 37 degree C incubator with 5% CO2. Media is changed at least every 3 days (usually every 2 days). Every time I stain them, I have a high number of dead cells - 13% of the cells are dead or greater. I am culturing various other prostate/prostate cancer cell lines just fine. Please provide any available info or tips to help keep my cells alive!
