How to cultivate CHO cells without serum?
I want to cultivate CHO cells without using serum (to extract recombinant proteins). I know that I can do so with some kits, and by creating plasmids that make the cells generate recombinant proteins needed for cell survival . I need to know other ways to allow them to survive without serum.
Thank you very much for taking your time to help.
