cell counting
 

Hi everybody, I need help in my cell counting. I'm trying to count cells (Neubauer chamber) using Trypan Blue. I use 1 microliter of cells suspension and 9 microliters of Trypan Blue. Do somebody of you tell me how count in this chamber?
I counted in a wrong manner for one year:cry::cry::cry:!!!
Please help me!

Sorry another question: how you calculate time of duplication of your cell population? I use n= (log N2- log N1)/log2
g=t/n

where N2= cells number at finish
N1= cells number at start
g= time of generation
t= time

but, I think that there is need of a coefficient for area change. Am I in error?
