| Hello, I could use some advice: do you think that heating standard mammalian cells that have been highly diluted to 65 C for 10 min would lyse their membranes? Seems like it should but I'm confused why there are all these kits out there for lysis of a small number of cells when it seems like a small amount of heat should do the trick. Thanks! |
