help: EMT and MDCK cells

Hello to everybody,

Is there somebody studying Epithelial to Mesenchymal transition?

My question is about TGFb1-dependent EMT induction in MDCK cells:

1) do they have to be at high confluence when stimulated?
2) do you keep serum during stimulation?
3) after how many days you get a morphologycal phenotype?
