 Need help with Cell Culture Depc and Culturing Compatible RNA Experiment? I'm performing some gene expression experiment on tissue that we have been transplanting after a specific bathing procedure, similar to culture preparation. Before I've just been using our Mg/Ca-free HBSS treated with RNAsin to dissect in, but in order to cut costs, I proposed preparing HBSS with depc water to keep an RNAse-free stock. Is depc compatible with cell culture?  |
