Default my frezee was unfrezzed and all cells die

Ineed help last week realized that -80 was unfreezed and I start to check my cell stock and most all these die. So I would like if I could do something to rescue at last some of them?

Don't you store your frozen cells inside in a nitrogen tank? That's the way we do it here and even then is not 100% guaranteed that all the cells would survive.

If your cells could make it from what you describe, they should be damaged at some degree. I wouldn't dare use them for further experiments. I highly recommend you try to get new ones.
