 Tumor cell culture from Lung Tissue Hi, I've been running an in vivo breast cancer model with the 4T1 cell line and would like to know of a way isolate the cancer cells that were metastatic to the lungs in culture. Is there a special media or enzyme to help digest the lung tissue but not the cells? What methods are out there? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Arash  |
