 Adult hippocampal progenitor cell culture (AHP) Hi all, I am attempting to do an adult hippocampal progenitor cell culture from mice. I am following the general instructions found in papers that established this technique, but I haven't been able to grow the progenitors. After plating I get a variety of cells in my dish, but most of them (round, bright ones) detach and float in the medium. Is there any step-by-step protocol available that would help me troubleshooting? Does somebody have experience with this culture? Thank you!  |
