 cell counting Hi what are the methods used for counting the cell number and also what are the dye used to stain the cells and also the dye which is used to count the viable number of cells. i hope you will guide me. regards aftab  |

| Re: cell counting Hey there Aftab, the best way to count cells is using a hemocytometer. [Only registered users see links. ] For viability, the best and easiest way is using a Trypan Blue dye. [Only registered users see links. ] till next time!  |
