| Hi all, I'm hoping to isolate hepatocytes from C57BL/6J and A/J fetal mice at day 19 of gestation. So far the protocols I've come across involve perfusion of the liver, but I don't think I'd be able to do this with such small mice... Is there a way to isolate these cells WITHOUT having to perfuse the liver? Is perfusion an absolutely necessary step? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! - L |
