Question Rats or Mice as Guinea Pigs?

Hello.

I am going to be picking up some test subjects and so I'm curious about the differences of rats or mice as guinea pigs, in particular, I am very interested in learning anything I can about the differences of their brain structures. Can anyone provide me with any useful information or links that may help to shed insight into this quandary or can anyone provide any compelling evidence as to why one would be preferable?

Thanks!
